DR. NURUL LIYANA BINTI MOHD KAMIL

Nurul Liyana Mohd KAMIL is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour, Faculty of Business and Economics, Universiti Malaya, Malaysia.She is currently a Postdoctoral Visiting Fellow at the Department of Management, the London School of Economics and Political Sciences in the United Kingdom. She holds a PhD in Human Resource Management from Universiti Sains Malaysia, Master of Business Administration from Universiti Teknologi MARA, and Bachelor of Business Administration (with Honours) in Human Resource Management from Universiti Tenaga Nasional, Malaysia. Her primary research interests include leadership, work engagement, employees' well-being and work performance.  She presently serves as the Associate Editor for Institute and Economies Journal and the Membership Officer for the Asia Pacific Academy for Psychosocial Factors at Work (www.apapfaw.org). She was awarded an ERASMUS+ grant and worked as a Visiting Lecturer at Vytautas Magnus University in Lithuania as part of the Staff Mobility for Teaching Programme. Her most recent articles have appeared in Web of Science and Scopus-indexed journals such as the Journal of Social Service Research, the Journal of Human Behaviour in the Social Environment, PLOS One, Problems and Perspectives in Management, the International Journal of Public Administration, and a few more. SR DR. SHIRLEY CHUA JIN LIN

Shirley Chua Jin Lin holds a PhD degree in Asset & Facilities Management and Bachelor degree in Building Surveying from the Faculty of Built Environment, Universiti Malaya, Malaysia. Her research interests are in Facilities Management and Analytic Hierarchy Process. She has also been involved in various research grants and has published some ISI and Scopus-indexed technical publications in journals and proceedings pertaining building maintenance and facilities management. She has also received a few awards throughout her studies and career path which include Building Surveying Excellent Award, Universiti Malaya Book Prize, Universiti Malaya Excellence Award 2015, Certificate of Excellent Service 2018 and Excellence Service Award 2020.

PROFESSOR IR. DR. ADELINE CHUA SEAK MAY

Ir. Dr. Adeline Chua Seak May is a Professor at the Department of Chemical Engineering, University of Malaya. A PhD graduate from The University of Tokyo, Japan, she specialises in biological nutrients removal and resource recovery. She has published more than 40 papers in ISI-indexed journals and has supervised over 15 PhD and master students. Adeline is also a Chartered Engineer of IChemE, UK and a Professional Engineer of BEM, Malaysia. She works closely with the local wastewater treatment operators to improve the energy efficiency and performance of the wastewater treatment plants. The academia-industry research collaboration has earned her the award of international funding Newton Fund Impact Scheme. Her international research partners include NIES, Yokohama National University (Japan), SCELSE (Singapore), Kasetsart University (Thailand), and Newcastle University (UK). Adeline was also a visiting research fellow at The University of Tokyo (2012) and Newcastle University (2016-2019). Her current research interests are related to the development of sustainable wastewater treatment process in the tropical climates, microbial ecology in tropical wastewater treatment plants, and resource recovery (biopolymer, biochemicals, biofuel and nutrients) from agro-industrial waste(water) streams.
