Firdaus Mahzan is a professional staff member at the Centre for Integral Learning (CITRA), Universiti Malaya, with experience in academic administration, staff development, leadership training, and institutional communications. Prior to joining CITRA, he served in the Academic Services Depatment (ASD) where he managed international student visa and pass affairs and provided administrative support to ensure compliance with Malaysian Immigration policies and a seamless students experience.

In his current role, he coordinates university-wide initiatives in leadership development, MPU Courses, Service-learning Malaysia - University for Society (SULAM), and staff capacity-building programmes, while contributing to digital content management, website administration, and strategic communications. Passionate about innovation in higher education and continuous improvement, he is committed to enhancing operational excellence, fostering meaningful learning experiences, and supporting Universiti Malaya's mission of academic excellence and global engagement.
