BIOGRAPHY


Dr Farzana Parveen Tajudeen is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Decision Science, Faculty of Business and Economics, University of Malaya. She obtained her PhD from University of Malaya, Malaysia. She is a member of the Assoication for Information Systems. She teaches Business Data Communications and Management Information Systems for undergraduate level; Business Intelligence & Analytics and Research Methodology for postgraduate level.  Her research interest includes artificial intelligence in business, IoT adoption & Impact, digital transformation, fintech, social media impact and mHealth applications. She has published papers in various WoS journals such as International Journal of Human-Computer Interaction, European Journal of Innovation Management, Information & Mangement, Management Decisions, Telematics and Informatics, Industrial Management and Data Systems, Social Science Computer Review, International Journal of Mobile Communications, Sustainability etc.,
