BIOGRAPHY


Dr Dalila Atiqah binti Abd Rahman is a Medical Lecturer and a Family Medicine Specialist at the Department of Primary Care Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Malaya. She is passionate about improving patient-centered care in the community and primary care setting. Dr. Dalila obtained her MBBS at Barts and The London, School of Medicine and Dentistry, Queen Mary University of London, UK. After completing her Foundation Years, she pursued membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) through the Barnet Vocational Training Programme in North London. 
 
Dr. Dalila has a deep interest in medical education and has been heavily involved in teaching and training. She has led the training of non-clinical staff in triage skills during her previous tenure to improve patient safety. She has also delivered the 'Medicine in the Community' module for third-year medical students at University College London (UCL). Dr. Dalila also does regular bedside teaching as well as being the examiner for the Objective Structured Clinical Exams (OSCE) for final year medical students at UCL.
