Associate Professor Dr. Zuraidah Abdullah is an established academic in Educational Leadership and Professional Learning Communities (PLC) at the Faculty of Education, Universiti Malaya, with over three decades of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. She has developed a strong research portfolio with publications in high-impact indexed journals, including Scopus and Web of Science, contributing significantly to teacher professional development, school improvement, and educational transformation. Her work reflects a meaningful integration of research, practice, and policy engagement. Dr. Zuraidah has held key leadership roles, including Deputy Dean and Director-level positions, contributing to academic governance, programme development, and institutional advancement.
