PROF. DR. MOHD ZULKHAIRI BIN MUSTAPHA

(Ph.D.)
Dr Mohd Zulkhairi Mustapha is a Professor in the Department of Accounting, Faculty of Business and Economics, University of Malaya. He holds a Ph.D. in Accounting and Finance from Cardiff University, United Kingdom. He is also an associate member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Accountants (MICPA). He is currently the Deputy Dean (Undergraduate) at the Faculty of Business and Economics. Before to this, he held several other positions, such as Head of the Accounting Department, Head of the Customer Feedback and Improvement Unit at the Quality Management Enhancement Centre (QMEC), and Bachelor of Accounting coordinator. He is an expert in the field of taxation and corporate governance. His research interests are tax governance, tax compliance, international tax, ESG, and internal corporate governance mechanisms. He has published extensively in reputable journals and books and is actively involved in postgraduate supervision, research, and consultancy works. He also conducted training in several workshops and has appeared in tax forums organized by local broadcasters such as Astro and TV3.
