DR. ZAIRUL NISHAM BIN MUSA

Dr. Zairul Nisham Musa is a senior lecturer at the Department of Estate Management, University of Malaya. He completed his Ph.D. in the area of facilities management related to the management of shopping centers. His main research interest is in facilities management, property management, and maintenance management. Other research interests that he's involved in such housing affordability, community well-being, housing income index, and real estate auction. Outside of academia, he has been appointed by MQA as an evaluation panel and has responsibilities to evaluate real estate programs in other institutions.  He has also been appointed as UM’s internal auditor. He currently serves as an Editorial Member of the International Journal of Property Sciences. He teaches Building Technology, Fundamentals of Real Estate Valuation, Maintenance Management, Facilities Management, and Research Methodology. He is a co-writer and currently published a book titled Auctioneer As a Profession to Dispose of Real Estate in Malaysia, and Measurement of Facilities Management Performance in Ghana's Public Hospital.
