Dr. Syarida Hasnur Safii is an Associate Professor and Consultant Periodontist at the Faculty of Dentistry, Universiti Malaya, specializing in periodontology, implant dentistry, and dental education. She holds a PhD in Periodontology from the University of Otago, New Zealand, and a Master of Clinical Dentistry in Periodontology from King’s College London, along with membership in Restorative Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. As a committed academician and clinician, Dr. Safii plays a key role in curriculum development, student mentorship, and postgraduate supervision.
