LEE Su Teng is an accomplished Human Resource professional who managed the HR department in her prior corporate role, bringing extensive and progressive experience across the full spectrum of human resource management. Her expertise spans HR strategy and operations, human resource information systems (HRIS), business continuity planning, and organizational transformation, including serving as the HR focal person during an acquisition exercise. She transitioned from the corporate sector after being awarded a full scholarship to pursue her doctoral studies. Following the completion of her PhD, she joined the Faculty of Business and Economics, Universiti Malaya, Malaysia, where she lectures in Human Resource Management. Her research adopts a multidisciplinary lens, focusing on generational cohorts, employee engagement, and human resource management. Her work has been published in Web of Science (WoS) and Scopus-indexed journals, as well as in scholarly books and international conference proceedings.
