Lip Yee Por is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, Universiti Malaya, Malaysia. A Senior Member of IEEE, he is a recognized expert in security and machine learning. His research interests span AI, deep learning, support vector machines, IoT, authentication, computer vision, blockchain, cryptography, steganography, and watermarking. He has published over 120 SCI/SCIE/SSCI-indexed journal papers and secured more than RM 7 million in competitive research funding as Principal Investigator. His contributions have earned him numerous national and international awards, and he is consistently recognized as one of the top-rated lecturers at FCSIT. Prof. Por serves as Associate Editor for Frontiers in Public Health, Frontiers in Computer Science, and the Malaysian Journal of Computer Science, as well as Guest Editor for Applied Sciences. He is also an Editorial Board Member for CMC–Computers, Materials & Continua and a member of the Editorial Review Board for Technology in Cancer Research & Treatment, a SAGE journal. He has held key leadership roles in conferences, including Program, Technical, and Local Chairs, and serves as an exter nal assessor for TARUC, MMU, HELP, and APU. To date, he has delivered over 20 keynote and invited speeches worldwide.
