Nurul Liyana Mohd Kamil is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour at the Faculty of Business and Economics, Universiti Malaya (UM), Malaysia, where she also serves as the Director of the Research Grant Management Centre under the Portfolio of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation). She was a Postdoctoral Visiting Fellow at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), United Kingdom, and a Visiting Scholar at Vytautas Magnus University, Lithuania, under the Erasmus+ International Staff Mobility Programme. Her research focuses on leadership, organisational climate, employee voice, work engagement, employee well-being, and work performance. Her work has been published in leading Web of Science and Scopus-indexed journals, including the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Personnel Review, Current Psychology, and Leadership & Organization Development Journal. Before joining academia, she worked as a Human Resource Executive at Pharmaniaga Berhad. She is the Deputy Editor of Institutions and Economies, the Membership Officer of the Asia Pacific Academy for Psychosocial Factors at Work (APAPFAW), and a reviewer for several international journals. She has successfully supervised several PhD candidates who graduated on time (GOT).
