Nukhbah Taj Langah has recently joined the department of English (FASS) as a Senior Lecturer. Her research interests within the field of Postcolonial Studies include resistance literature from South Asia, translation theory and practice, and South Asian diasporic literature. She is a freelance translator. As a Higher Education Commission (Pakistan) and French Embassy fellow, she has been associated with Center of South Asian and Himalayan Studies (2016-2017). In 2018 she was selected as a Charles Wallace Fellow at the School of Oriental and African (London).
