DR. NORSYAHIDA BINTI MOHAMMAD

Dr. Norsyahida Mohammad is an academic and researcher specializing in chemical engineering with a profound focus on sustainable energy systems. She currently serves as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Chemical Engineering, Universiti Malaya. Her professional trajectory includes four years as a Post-doctoral Researcher at Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) , followed by two years as a Lecturer at MILA University. Dr. Mohammad earned her Ph.D. in Chemical & Process Engineering from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (2019), focusing on solid acid composite membranes for high-temperature proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFC). Her academic foundation is further supported by a Master of Engineering (Sustainable Energy) from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical Engineering) from The University of Melbourne, Australia. Her primary research interests encompass sustainable energy transitions, renewable energy, and the development of advanced composite materials for sustainable energy applications.
