Dr Nor Nazrina Mohamad Nazry is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Education at Universiti Malaya. She holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom, and joined UM in 2019. She began her involvement in educational research in 2006 as a research assistant specialising in educational technology. Her research focuses on digital-based learning, particularly extended reality (XR) and serious games for teaching and training. Her broader research interests include instructional design, inclusive digital instruction, learning experiences and behaviours, and artificial intelligence in education. She has published in Web of Science- and Scopus-indexed journals, as well as other peer-reviewed publications. Dr Nor Nazrina also contributes to public discourse on education and technology through newspaper columns in national outlets, including Berita Harian and Akses Malaysia. She serves as the field coordinator for the Postgraduate Diploma in Education programme, supporting the preparation of pre-service teachers in engineering education, design and technology, and computer science. Her professional contributions include conducting XR training workshops, serving as a jury member for innovation competitions, and reviewing manuscripts for academic journals and conference proceedings.
