Sr Dr. Kho Mei Ye is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Quantity Surveying at Universiti Malaya, a position she has held since 2013. She earned her PhD in Project Management from Universiti Malaya in 2013, following a Master of Science (Building) in Contract and Procurement (2009) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying (2006) from the same university. In addition to her academic qualifications, Dr. Kho is a registered Consultant Quantity Surveyor with the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM) and has been a member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) since 2017. She gained industry experience as a consultant at KPK Semenanjung (now known as AECOM) from 2006 to 2007 before pursuing her postgraduate studies. Currently, she serves as the Programme Coordinator for the Master of Project Management programme at Faculty of Built Environment, overseeing both Open and Distance Learning (ODL) and conventional modes. She is simultaneously an assessor for the Universiti Malaya Quality Excellence Index (UMQEI) and has been a panel assessor for programme accreditation with the Quality Management and Enhancement Department (QMED) since 2019.
