Dr. Ma Liya is a lecturer and researcher specializing in printable and flexible electronics, wearable sensors, RF-MEMS devices, and integrated circuit design. Her multidisciplinary expertise integrates materials engineering, electronic devices, microelectronics, and flexible sensing technologies. She completed postdoctoral research in printable and stretchable electronics, earned a PhD in RF-MEMS switch technology, and holds a Master's degree in CMOS technology and VLSI circuit design. With over five years of research experience and more than three years of undergraduate teaching and laboratory instruction, Dr. Ma Liya has authored over 20 peer-reviewed publications in SCI-indexed journals and IEEE international conferences, including numerous first-author papers. Her research focuses on printable wearable sensors, organic electrochemical transistors (OECTs), solution-processed thin-film transistors (TFTs), stretchable conductive materials, printed integrated circuits, and IoT-enabled flexible electronic systems. Dr. Ma Liya actively serves as a reviewer for leading journals, including IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices, IEEE Electron Device Letters, IEEE Sensors Journal, IEEE Access, and ACS Langmuir. Her contributions have been recognized through several prestigious awards, including the Gold Medal at the Virtual Innovation Competition (2022), the IEEE Best Student Paper Award (2016), and an IEEE Travel Grant (2017). She is committed to developing sustainable, low-cost electronic technologies for healthcare and wearable applications while fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, innovation, and engineering education.
