Professor Dr. Loh Sau Cheong received her Bachelor degree in Special Education (learning disabilities); and both Masters and Ph.D in Educational Psychology. Currently, she is a Full Professor at the Department of Educational Psychology and Counseling, Faculty of Education, University of Malaya, and Adjunct Professor for Universitas Negeri Malang. Prof. Loh’s research interests cover both special education and educational psychology disciplines. She had engaged in 30 researches and had filed 21 copyrights. Much of Prof. Loh's researches draw on, and is inspired by, the principle of Education For All and quality inclusive education for individuals with special needs from pre-school education to post-secondary education. Prof. Loh had received numerous international, national and university awards. Prof. Loh participated actively in research expos where she has received 6 Gold, 7 Silver and 9 Bronze medals. She had published 63 articles, and has been keynote speaker, invited speaker, workshop presenter, poster presenter, and paper presenter at international and national conferences. Her contribution includes Exco member for national association, expert advisor, external examiner for promotion, article reviewer, PhD External examiner, assessor for academic programmes, train of trainers, and jury for creativity competition.
