Dr. Mohd Khairul Naim Che Nordin is an Associate Professor at the Department of Usuluddin and Dakwah, Academy of Islamic Studies, Universiti Malaya. He obtained his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Islamic Thought from Universiti Malaya in 2014, after completing his Bachelor’s degree in Usuluddin at the same institution. His commitment to advancing knowledge is reflected in his participation in several short courses at distinguished institutions, including Mujamma' Sheikh Ahmad Kiftaro in Damascus, Syria, and Kulliyyah Dar al-‘Ulum, Cairo University, Egypt. He also served as a research fellow at the Global Ethic Institute in Tübingen, Germany. His research interests encompass Contemporary Islamic Thought, Islamic Theological Studies, Comparative Religion, and the study of Islam in relation to terrorism.
