Mr. Kamarazaman Bin Md Said is a Language Lecturer (DG48) in the Department of English Language, Faculty of Languages and Linguistics, Universiti Malaya. With extensive professional experience in both industry and higher education, he has developed a diverse academic and professional profile that combines expertise in human resource management, English language teaching, and student development. Prior to entering the education sector, Mr. Kamarazaman gained valuable experience in the hotel, manufacturing, and insurance industries, where he developed strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills. His transition into education reflects his commitment to lifelong learning and his passion for contributing to language development. Since joining Universiti Malaya in 2007, he has dedicated himself to enhancing students’ English language proficiency through effective teaching practices, learner-centred approaches, and meaningful classroom engagement. Throughout his academic career, Mr. Kamarazaman has contributed to the delivery of English language courses, assessment practices, and educational initiatives that support students’ academic and professional growth.
