Dr Faizanah Abdul Alim Sidique is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Education, Universiti Malaya, specialising in educational psychology and special education. With prior experience as a special needs teacher across early childhood, primary and secondary education, her research focuses on autism, emotional regulation, neurodiversity and inclusive education. Her current work centres on strengthening neuroinclusive practices in higher education, while extending her research into neuroinclusive public spaces and the removal of sensory, cognitive, communication and environmental barriers affecting neurodivergent individuals.
