ASSOCIATE PROF. DR. EZLIKA BINTI MOHD GHAZALI

Dr. Ezlika M. Ghazali is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the University of Malaya, with a Ph.D. in Marketing from Warwick University, UK. Her research spans consumer behaviour, sustainability, digital marketing, and cultural influences. She has authored over 130 scholarly publications and holds a Google Scholar h-index of 25 (Scopus h-index 17), highlighting the high citation impact of her work. Several of her articles are highly cited, including a study on organic consumer values that has accumulated over 430 citations. Her research appears in top-tier journals such as Journal of Consumer Behaviour, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Electronic Markets, and International Journal of Consumer Services. Dr. Ghazali maintains an extensive network of international research collaborations with scholars from over ten countries, including the United Kingdom, Germany, Denmark, China, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, and Australia. She has co-authored influential papers and edited scholarly volumes with global partners, enhancing cross-cultural insights and advancing contemporary marketing theories.
