Dr. Elayaraja Aruchunan is a Senior Lecturer in Decision Science at Universiti Malaya with 18+ years' experience in ESG data science, applied machine learning, and computational analytics. PhD (Statistics), Curtin University, Australia. Author of 30+ indexed journal articles, 2 books, and 12+ book chapters, with grant-funded roles as PI/co-researcher on multiple national and university-funded projects. HRD Corp-accredited trainer (including executive training for Panasonic Industrial Devices Malaysia); Certified Sustainability Officer (CMI, UK) engaged in carbon-evaluation and ESG reporting work. Technical Advisor to Malaysia's RMK13 education-reform study; Adjunct Professor, Universitas Brawijaya (2026).
