Dr. Mohammad Eisa Ruhullah is a scholar of Islamic political thought and governance ethics whose research bridges classical intellectual traditions and contemporary leadership challenges. His work advances the concept of spiritual political intelligence as a normative framework for ethical governance and civilisational renewal. Through interdisciplinary engagement, he contributes to critical debates on justice, authority, and responsible leadership in both Muslim societies and wider global contexts. His forthcoming monograph with UM Press consolidates this framework into a systematic model of principled governance grounded in Islamic metaphysical and moral philosophy.
