Dr. Lim Einly is an Associate Professor at Universiti Malaya and an internationally recognized expert in cardiovascular biomedical engineering. She leads the Asian Cardiac Engineering Group, focusing on cardiovascular modeling, medical imaging, telehealth, and physiological control systems. With over 70 Web of Science–indexed publications and more than RM3 million in competitive research funding, she has collaborated with institutions such as Imperial College London, UNSW, and the Texas Heart Institute. She has supervised nine PhD and ten Master by Research students to completion and currently mentors seven PhD candidates. Dr. Lim’s research impact extends to industry and healthcare through patents and collaborations with B Braun Medical Industries and the National Heart Institute (IJN). In 2023, she chaired the 7th Annual APSAO International Congress, uniting over 80 international delegates from 9 countries, further cementing her leadership in the global biomedical community. Her service includes university-level roles in curriculum development, research coordination, and grant evaluation. As a Chartered Engineer (UK), Professional Engineer (Malaysia), and Council Member of APSAO, Dr. Lim continues to shape the future of cardiovascular innovation, academic leadership, and international scientific exchange.
