Nor Azlin Mat Radi began her career as a Research Officer at the Research Cluster Office of Universiti Malaya in 2009, focusing on research management and governance. She developed expertise in overseeing internal research grants, with responsibilities that included grant monitoring, project oversight, and the coordination of research activities across various research entities. Her role also encompassed ensuring compliance with research governance standards, as well as facilitating effective grant utilization and reporting to stakeholders. In 2018, Nor Azlin transitioned to the UM Community Engagement Centre, known as UMCares, where she now leads and supports community engagement projects with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, schools, industries, NGOs, and international partners. She has a strong commitment to engagement and measuring research impact, particularly in relation to community-oriented projects. Her contributions have been highlighted through features such as an interview on RTM’s for "DIY Made Simple," a program that helps schoolchildren build practical skills. Currently, Nor Azlin is dedicated to evaluating the impact of university initiatives on communities, with a focus on fostering research-driven community benefits.
