Dr. Anthonia Oluwatosin Adediran is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Real Estate, Universiti Malaya. She possesses over 13 years of progressive experience in teaching, research, and professional real estate practice across three continents. She holds a PhD in Real Estate from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, a Master’s in Real Estate Development and Investment from the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom, an HND from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos, Nigeria, and advanced certification in Data Science in Real Estate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA. Her research focuses on housing finance, green building, sustainable real estate development, PropTech, data analytics, and urban climate resilience. She applies advanced econometric modeling, statistical analysis, and big data analytics to explore solutions to housing affordability, energy efficiency, and sustainability challenges. She has authored and co-authored numerous high-impact publications indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, IEEE, and Springer. A dedicated educator and research mentor, she has taught courses in real estate finance, market research, data analytics, statistics and property management, and supervised undergraduate and postgraduate theses. She also serves as a journal reviewer and editorial board member, actively contributing to academic program development and international collaborative research in sustainable urban development.
