Research Areas
My research is primarily focused on cellular functions of proteome of detoxification enzymesuch as glutathione S-transferases in Dipterans, microorganisms and Mollucs.My other interest is to investigate the functional role of plant defence proteins and microbial peptides and their potential application.Approaches of the study include recombinantprotein production, chromatographic, proteomic,biochemical and biophysical analysis using PCR, 2Delectrophoresis,mass spectrometry and spectrophotometry.
