I have more than 5 years of academic experience as a lecturer and researcher. My areas of interest are human resource management, organizational behavior, leadership, digitalization, student e-learning, workplace cyberbullying and psychological distress. For the past three years, I have served in a leadership role at the International Youth Conference in Malaysia and I am also a member of the research team working on various funded projects with the Malaysian government, including the Penang Youth Development Corporation and the Penang State Government through the MMK for Social Development.
