BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Loo-See Beh is Associate Professor and currently the Deputy Dean (International & Higher Degree) at the Faculty of Economics & Administration, University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She holds a PhD in Training Management, M.A. in Political Science, and B.A. (Hons.) in History and Political Science. Her research focus includes public administration, public policy, human resource management, organizational behaviour, and political economy. She has published both locally and internationally and as associate member with a number of local and international institutions. She sits on the editorial board of several journals and serves as external reviewers for many international journals and publications. She has also been engaged in collaborative research projects and seminars. She sits on several committees and coordinators of several programs in the university in addition to being a resource person and external assessor for several organizations locally and abroad.

Her most recent publications has appeared in journals Public Management Review, Review of Public Personnel Administration, Review of Educational Research, BMC Research Notes, Australian Journal of Public Administration and also includes a book on Culture and Gender in Leadership: Perspectives from the Middle East and Asia  published by Palgrave Macmillan, UK (2013).
